Exchange & Return Policy

  • Kindly note that exchanges and returns are accepted only if you inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In case of a size issue or wrong product received, you can raise an exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery (including the delivery day).
  • We will exchange the product with the correct size or item of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we will arrange for reverse pickup from your address.
  • If the value of the new exchange item is higher, you’ll need to pay the difference online before dispatch.
  • All returned items must have the original sticker/label attached, be properly folded, and securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Items without these will not be eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided in genuine cases where a defective or damaged product has been delivered.
  • To initiate a refund, email us at support@swaggystyl.com
     with your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective product.
  • In certain exceptional cases (where there is no product defect or delivery error), if a return is accepted, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse pickup and logistics charges.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment or as per the details you provide.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or print may occur due to lighting or display settings. Returns/refunds are not applicable for minor variations.
  • If, upon verification, we find that the defect occurred due to customer misuse or mishandling, we will not process a refund or exchange.
  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that doesn’t meet our policy criteria.
  • Only one exchange/return request can be processed per order.
  • Any product that has been used or washed once will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code are non-refundable.
  • Free exchange on size issues, but no refunds for size issues.
