Shipping Policy

• We dispatch orders within 24 to 48 working hours.
• Delivery time in India: usually 5 to 8 working days depending on address, holidays, and weather. Some remote areas like parts of Jammu & Kashmir and the North East may take up to 10 working days. Rarely, due to stock or logistics constraints, delivery may take up to 14 days.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
• If you did not receive tracking within 48 hours of placing the order, email support@swaggystyl.com

• We ship through leading partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and Ecom Express, selected by pincode serviceability.
• “Delivered” But Not Received
• Often the package is received by family, neighbor, guard, office mail room, or marked delivered shortly before handover.
• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, email us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will raise an investigation with the courier which may take up to 10 working days.
• After the 48-hour window, it becomes difficult to take action and we may not be liable.
